Photo upload guide

Send the original photo, straight from your camera roll — high resolution, no watermark, 1000 × 1000 px or larger.

What works best: your pet facing the camera, in daylight, with their face filling most of the frame.

What we can't use: screenshots, photos saved from social media, blurry or heavily filtered images, or pictures taken from far away.

Not sure if your photo will work? Send it anyway. We check every file by hand before printing and email you if we think another one would look better.
