Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Some services aren't available for PO Boxes or remote addresses.

What it costs

Standard Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long it takes

Every FateMarks piece is made after you order it, so your delivery time is production time plus transit time.

We make your piece within one week. Delivery then takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather, carrier disruption, and peak season can all add time.

Duties and taxes

United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand: we cover customs duties and import taxes, so the price at checkout is the final amount.

Canada: local sales taxes (GST/HST/PST), any duties and the carrier's handling fee may be collected on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Updates can take 2 to 4 days to appear while the parcel reaches the carrier's hub, so an unchanged tracking page in the first few days is normal.

Address changes

Check your address carefully at checkout. We can update it while the order is still in production. Once it ships we can't redirect it, and we can't refund a parcel delivered to an address you supplied.

Missing or delayed parcels

If tracking doesn't show delivery within 30 business days of dispatch, email support@fatemarks.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with household members, neighbours, and building management first.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.
