A note on the backdrops: each one is printed per order, so the artwork may sit a little differently from the sample you see here. We match it as closely as we can, but small variations are part of a made-to-order piece.

Send the original photo, straight from your camera roll — high resolution, no watermark, 1000 × 1000 px or larger.

What works best: your pet facing the camera, in daylight, with their face filling most of the frame.

What we can't use: screenshots, photos saved from social media, blurry or heavily filtered images, or pictures taken from far away.

Not sure if your photo will work? Send it anyway. We check every file by hand before printing and email you if we think another one would look better.

Because each piece is printed with your own photo and name, personalized items can't be resold, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized due to an error made by FATEMARKS, different from the item you ordered, or missing an item, please contact us at support@fatemarks.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging if the package was damaged.

After reviewing the issue, FATEMARKS may, at our discretion and where appropriate, offer a replacement, remake, repair, refund, or another reasonable resolution. We may request additional information or photographs to verify the issue.
